Hope you're enjoying the summer.
The weather seems to go from one extreme to the other! From heatwave to flood within a few days! Crazy, right?

You may remember I took a couple of weeks break earlier in July. We had a couple of hiccups before we set off for our holiday and some hoop-jumping in order to get there and back but we had the most glorious time! When all things pandemic settle down and travelling becomes more straightforward, I hope we can return (though perhaps with fewer jellyfish encounters and mosquito bites!)
Feeling refreshed, I have been making progress with projects and ideas. You know how it is, things are put on the back burner for a time when there is time and/or energy to tackle them.
Well - exciting news - one of those 'back burner' projects has been actioned this week!
Oh yes it has!
Ta daaah...
You are now able to purchase gift vouchers for Poema!
If you are not sure which piece of jewellery a loved one may like, you can now choose to give a gift voucher for any amount you choose which can be redeemed with Poema within 6 months of issue.
If you are interested in purchasing a gift voucher, do get in touch.
And I have more plans afoot for some new jewellery designs which I hope you will like. I'm tackling one thing at a time but I'll let you know more soon...
Other exciting news is that in just 6 weeks, I begin a new course to improve and increase my skills.
I am excited and daunted in equal measure but trusting that as God has led me thus far in this journey, He will continue to lead me.
The reason I am telling you this is because recently I had a box of materials delivered in readiness. It's a box full of abstract shapes of metal and sparkly colourful stones in sizes varying from teeny tiny to really quite big, which 'apparently' I am going to transform into beautiful pieces of jewellery!
Gulp!
No pressure then!
I'll be sure to let you know how I get on...
So, with new ideas to transfer from my mind to my workbench and beyond, along with preparation for the diploma, I think I will be occupied for most of these summer weeks!
Exciting times!
